Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Graceful Homes and Living.

Personal Care and Wellness Products:  For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products can not be returned or exchanged.  Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Books and Educational Products:  Unused physical books and educational products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in their original condition without writing, coloring, markings, or damage.

Digital Products:  Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:  Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.  We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping:  Unless an item arrived damage, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
